• Highrise - Since 1999 has completed four condominiums - approximately 750 units, $90 million hard construction cost. Other projects underway in various phases include 18 Yonge Street, Waterpark City and 22 Wellesley.

Commercial:

Has recently completed as project managers, notable projects such as:

• Trans Canada Tower (Calgary, Alberta) $260 million project costs, completed 2001.
• Bell Mobility Campus (Mississauga, Ontario) $134 million project costs, completed 2002.

Industrial:

• Design-Build facilities constructing between $5-10 million hard construction costs annually.

Property Management:

• Over 6000 suites in the Greater Toronto Area.

The H&R Corporate Story

H&R Developments is a fifty-year old company with vast resources, staff and revenues. It was founded in late 1940's in Toronto's Bathurst & Sheppard area, on Yeoman's Road when the principals began to build homes, two or three at a time.

Over the past fifty years, H&R Developments has built and managed hundreds of residential subdivisions, high-rise office towers, high-rise condominium towers, apartment buildings, industrial sites, low-rise commercial developments - in fact, every type of construction imaginable, both new and retrofit.
